How our
CNAs work
An experienced Lumina Compliance team member will travel to your property to conduct an inspection.
The Lumina inspector will give you an extensive report and analysis that includes costs to maintain your property for years to come. The Lumina inspector will assess all of your building systems during our visit to your property (structure, exterior, interior finishes, etc.).
While on site, the Lumina inspector will determine the estimated useful life timelines for your building components and will determine what might need to be replaced. The Capital Needs Assessment for USDA-Rural Development properties is in compliance with RD’s Guidance on the Capital Needs Assessment Process.
