Nope! At Lumina Compliance we always are inspecting to make sure your property is in compliance with local, state AND federal accessibility regulations and guidelines.
Do you just serve affordable housing properties?
We love all properties! We have a lot of experience with affordable housing properties. But we also serve market-rate multi-family properties, Rural Development properties, commercial properties, and hospitals — to name a few.
