We want to make this a smooth process. Rate is set per unit per month for simplicity. You tell us who to bill (property, corporate, etc.) and that’s what we’ll do.

Lumina Compliance will collect the appropriate documents and work with your team to make sure we have everything we need to do an appropriate certification review. Lumina Compliance’s team will look at income eligibility calculations, student eligibility, and more. We will then deliver your team a detailed report that will explain areas of non-compliance. We will recommend next steps and help you and your team know where to go from here.
