Accessibility should matter to everyone. That’s why an inspection is important.
At Lumina Compliance we know that staying compliant with the American with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Fair Housing Act can seem overwhelming to the average property owner. That’s why we’re here. We can help you stay in compliance while also going the extra mile in compliance to make your property more equitable and accessible for everyone.
How our
Accessibility Inspections work
An experienced Lumina Compliance team member will travel to your property to do a thorough Accessibility Inspection. We will report any areas of non-compliance regarding Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Housing Amendments Act.
The Lumina inspector will provide you with a complete and thorough physical inspection of accessible units and adaptable units, a review of company policies regarding Fair Housing regulations, a complete and thorough inspection of each building’s exterior, and a review and inspection of all common areas and grounds.
Our team will make recommendations regarding a course of action for correcting areas of non-compliance and provide guidelines for implementation of the changes to each property.
