Yes, Tax Credit properties need to be in compliance with ADA, Fair Housing and Section 504. This webinar will focus in on Accessibility Plans and issues facing Tax Credit properties when it comes to these regulations. The Fair Housing Act as amended in 1988 and the Americans with Disabilities Act apply to all tax credit properties constructed after 1991. If the property is blended with another federal assistance program, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 will apply as well. We will go over all of these details in this webinar.
